We wanted to combine our educational background and our past work experiences to create a company that would assist seniors and their families when homeownership is no longer a joy.

We meet with clients in their home, and often times with family, to discuss lifestyle needs and budget for present and near future.  Based on this information we go and do all of the research.   Allot of the times we have already toured the Retirement Communities and are familiar with the uniqueness of each one.   We continue to remain unbiased and are not affiliated with any one community over another, keeping your best interests at heart.   

Being a licensed Realtor with Sutton Group-Classic allows me access to MLS, to check for Bungalows, Condos and Retirement Communities. 

Once a suitable fit is found, we have a team of professionals in place that can assist you with packing, staging, and moving if you choose.   If you have a home to sell; Corina can do a complete market evaluation, and then together work with you to get it sold.  We ensure that we are with you from start to finish because we know that often times clients have spent many years in their homes and are experiencing a loss of what is familiar to them.
